Did you notice this cute little icon over on my side bar? Well guess what arrived in the mail today? The Apron Queen from Confessions of an Apron Queen sent me the most darling little red gingham apron you have ever seen! Let me tell you, I am over the moon. This girl has a great eye for vintage textiles. Really, go take a look at this little red number or this adorable embroidered tea towel from her shop. I could swoon from the cute. Anyway, I want to send a great big virtual hug out to her. If you haven’t visited her blog before, please do and be sure to check out the alligator wrestling. That’s right, she’s cute and knows how to keep critters in line. You know she’s a Texas rose!

What fun! I have some of that style of embroidery patterns, but they’re chicks and bunnies. Maybe I should get them out and . . .oh wait, I have toddlers. maybe in 10 years.
